3–7 weeks, counted from payment and receipt of complete documents.
Documents we will ask you for
Founders, directors, shareholders and UBOs
Required in every case
- Power of representation, notarised remotely. It gives us standing to act on your behalf before registries, banks and the relevant authorities, within the limits it sets out. The notarisation session is held by video; a valid identity document is required.
- Passport and proof of address for each director, shareholder and beneficial owner
- Three proposed company names
- Precise description of the activities, countries of operation, website and target customers
- Capital breakdown, number of shares, amount of capital and identity of the signatories
- Email address, telephone, tax residence and tax number of each person concerned
- Evidence of the source of the funds contributed to the capital
Depending on the case
- Full KYC file for any corporate shareholder: extract, articles, registers and UBO chart
- Lease, title or authorisation to use an address supplied by the client
- Documents of the director, secretary, agent or local representative supplied by the client
- Diplomas, authorisations or professional licences for a regulated activity
- Signed power of attorney if the filing is made in the client's name
The exact list follows what you order; it is confirmed in your client space after payment.
Not included
Visas, the share capital itself, translations requested by a bank and your own travel are not part of the price.
